  • 2/8 cornell loop, this old oak is on Cornell across from paramount ranch. I've always like this old tree. I've never seen the nest occupied.

  • 2/7, a santa ana day, blustery winds kicked up and made this little 20 mile loop seem a lot harder. Temps moved into the high 70s, low 80s. Hidden Valley was quiet because it was a Sunday morning. The fields are neon green because of the recent rains.
  • 2/7 a late spring day temperature wise (high 70s) but these oaks know it's still February. Sure wish we could enjoy this green a lot longer.

  • 2/14/16 blurry, but enough to see that this is an Oriole visiting the seed tray! On Valentine's Day! Yay!<br /> I believe this is a first year male Scott's Oriole. He was eating the black-oil sunflower seeds.

  • 2/20 it was a beautiful spring like day, just perfect weather for riding. This is old agoura near Cheseboro.
  • 2/19 a perfectly stunning late afternoon (happy hour) paddle
  • 2/13 The boys don't understand why they're kept here, but it wasn't for too long and it was in the shade while John & I looked over 224 Plancha. Escrow is March 11.
  • 2/11 Hidden Valley ride. Plenty of places for sale back in here. All probably need additional water brought in on a regular basis for all the horses, etc.
